Get yourself to Little Stanley Street, where you’ll come face to face with a fleet of our very own eatSouthBank Street Stalls. With more delicious street food than you can poke a stick at and run by a number of Little Stanley’s best restaurateurs, these street stalls will be serving up fast, fresh and gourmet fare for your palate’s pleasure all weekend long for just $8 a pop or under.

If learning the secret tricks and hacks of A-grade chefs sounds like it’s up your alley then head along to the Main Stage where a multitude of leading celebrity chefs will be imparting their knowledge in a series of cooking demo’s and talks with the energetic and incomparable Miguel Maestre hosting program with guests including Matt Preston, George Calombaris, Gary Mehigan, Poh Ling Yeow, Dan Churchill, Justine Schofield, Reynold Poernomo and Ellie Bullen.

If you are a true carnivore at heart, then there is no place you will rather be than The Hunting Club presented by The Charming Squire. This space aims to encapsulate the entire paddock to plate experience with a gorge-worthy menu and multiple cooking demonstrations throughout the weekend, plus they will also be serving up the greatest in craft ales and boutique brews. The best part? They’re hosting The Producers for another year, featuring four courses of exceptional food paired with delicious brews.
Insider Tip: If you’re in the mood to kick on after the festival, The Hunting Club will be open until late Saturday and Sunday.
