The 2019 Easter Bombe is unlike any Bombe Stokehouse Q has had before – this year, it’s all about the fresh and vibrant flavours of Easter.
A testament to her incredible finesse and mastery of classic flavours, The Van Haandel Group’s group pastry chef Lauren Eldridge has created an Easter egg chocolate parfait with fresh mandarin sorbet, encased in toasted Italian meringue and topped with fresh raspberries.
Sweet tooths better hop to it! The Easter Bombe is available for 10 days only until Wednesday, 24 April 2019.
