With those breathtaking views across the river to the city, Stoke Bar at Stokehouse Q really doesn’t really need to over-complicate their cocktail menu, which is why the new Autumn-inspired lineup is heavy on flavour and light on fuss. Like Autumn (and the crisp weather it brings with it), it’s a fantastic change to welcome to Brisbane!
Titled The Autumn Eight, the new cocktails include In The Fall, Hello Autumn, Apple & Rye, Massif Torino, Poire Royal, Dutch Garden, Gin Fix and the Spanish G&T and celebrate the beautiful flavours and colours of Autumn in the city.
Instead of creating flashy garnishes and behind-the-bar flourishes, the team spent time infusing flavours, blending seasonal sweet fruits and working with warm liquors.

Plus, as an added extra to this already fabulous list, Stokehouse Q have gone and turned their signature dessert ‘The Bombe,’ into a liquid version. Available from now until April 30, the liquid version of their signature dessert includes vanilla vodka, wild strawberry liqueur and strawberry puree, white chocolate liqueur and melted white chocolate, topped with freeze-dried strawberries and meringue. Um, yum!
