South Bank has reeled in an all-new dining destination to the popular River Quay precinct. Replacing existing venue Cove Bar & Dining, River Quay Fish dishes up contemporary and creative local seafood.
Under the direction of Head Chef Richard Hope, the menu has been geared towards adding a fresh twist to the quintessential Aussie staple of fish and chips. You can expect contemporary combinations such as beetroot-cured Huon Valley salmon, Singaporean-style blue swimmer crab coconut rice, and parmesan truffle oil chips. Their ‘experimental’ cocktail list and selection of craft beers are the perfect accompaniment.
The central location coupled with the innovative menu and stunning riverfront views means that it is equally suited to a corporate lunch or date night in addition to family dinners and group diners.
Offering a twist to the classic restaurant experience, River Quay Fish has just launched a takeaway menu for those who wish to capitalise on Brisbane’s sunny weather and eat their food al fresco down on River Quay Green.
