New Year’s Resolutions: Sorted

We’re officially weeks into 2020, so it’s only human that those New Year’s resolutions feel like a distant memory. Never fear, because whether it’s a health, fitness, savings or cultural kick you’re aiming for, South Bank has it all to keep you on track.

Health kick?

Do we have you covered if you’re looking to get healthy! While you can explore all of South Bank’s incredible dining options here, we thought we’d get you started with the below.

Coco Bliss is your go-to for juices, smoothies, nutrient-dense acai bowls and treats that you won’t feel guilty about. With a predominately raw, vegan, gluten free and completely refined sugar free but so tasty menu, your tastebuds won’t know the difference!

Dot Espresso is not only a caffeine haven, but also offers up a range of freshly squeezed juices, protein balls and wholesome sandwiches. The best part? They’re so damn delicious, you’ll wonder if it’s too good to be true.

Boost Juice is the OG for healthy (yet delicious) smoothies and treats. Think: a hit of protein with the Gym Junkie, or stay lean and green with a Mint Condition. Boosters also pack a powerful punch that you can add into any drink (think: chia seeds, superfruits, and energiser shots).

Fitness kick?

If getting fit is your goal, look no further than South Bank Parkrun! Parkrun organise free, weekly, 5km timed runs at South Bank. They are open to everyone, free, and are safe and easy to take part in.

These events take place in South Bank’s pleasant surroundings and encourage people of every ability to take part; from walkers or those taking their first steps in running to Olympians; from juniors to those with more experience; they welcome you all.

We recently rounded up the best cafes to refuel at after the run, because mustering up the enthusiasm to get fit should be rewarded. Click here to find out more.

Savings kick?

South Bank has an abundance of offers and deals for all those savvy-savers in 2020. Whether 2-for-1 donuts, bottomless lunches or exclusive sunset tapas is your vibe, there’s something for everyone. Psst: we recently rounded up some of South Bank’s best lunch and dinner offers here.

Cultural kick?

South Bank is packed with epic cultural experiences to kick off January in 2020, and we’re here to share some of them with you. You can find out everything happening at South Bank here.
