I have always had a passion for this job, I love to put a person at ease when choosing new dishes, and I love to recommend the different combinations. It is never boring because clearly, we all have different palates.
WHAT DREW YOU TO WORK AT POPOLO?
I was fascinated by the place with one of the most beautiful views in Brisbane.
WHAT MAKES POPOLO UNIQUE IN THE BRISBANE FOOD SCENE?
The freshness of the food, the options for many types of diets and also, we change our menu two to three times a year, so you always have seasonal food!
DO YOU HAVE A FAVOURITE DISH ON THE POPOLO MENU?
I absolutely must recommend the typical arancini and pizzas, and my super favourite mushroom gnocchi.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT WORKING AT SOUTH BANK?
The beauty of the place, the tranquillity, and the organization of new events in the area, which always creates a great space.
