Halloumi chips arrive in South Bank

“Hold up, they don’t love you like I love you”

Fact: this Beyoncé song was not written about Jay-Z. It was written about halloumi.

Fortunately for all people of Brisbane, halloumi chips landed at the Yiros Shop South Bank last month.

Available to eat in or takeaway, these are the thick-cut chips of our dreams. Halloumi is sliced into fingers, fried until perfectly golden and served with herbs and dipping sauce.

Thank you, Greece.
