That’s right, to celebrate Good Food Month in Brisbane, OTTO is inviting you to dine in luxury with a five-course truffle degustation prepared by Head Chef Will Cowper.
Without further ado, here’s an exclusive preview of the menu:
Course One: Carpaccio di Manzo
Delectable OTTO Reserve beef, served with a truffle dressing, aioli, parmesan, capers and rocket.
Course Two: Capesante
Mouth-watering Hervey Bay scallops, paired with Jerusalem artichokes, mushrooms and pancetta.
Course Three: Gnocchi Cacio e Pepe
Creamy potato gnocchi mixed with butter, fresh parmesan and black pepper.
Course Four: Bistecca di Manzo
OTTO Reserve steak cooked to perfection, balanced with parsnip, cavolo nero and veal sauce.
Course Five: Gelato
Lip-smacking truffle gelato with hazelnut praline.
