South Bank has welcomed some Caribbean vibes to Little Stanley Street.
Barbossa Bar and Bottleshop (formerly Greystone Bar and Cellar) have taken inspiration from South American and Jamaican cuisines to bring a truly unique bar concept to the Bank.
The menu offers up some faves such as Jerk Chicken served with a tasty chickpea stew and Empanadas which come with a traditional spicy South American Aji sauce.
Our pick is the Ceviche with fresh fish cured in lime juice with red onion, cilantro and Aji sauce.
There are also a wide selection of unique beverages you can pair with your bites. From barrel aged rums to Agricole Degustation and a wide selection of Carribean-inspired cocktails.
The bottleshop will also provide an international portfolio of wines which, we are promised, will continue to grow.
