Aquitaine

Aquitaine’s Autumn à la carte Menu

Ooh la la! Aquitaine has re-vamped its à la carte menu to mirror the season with a host of cosy Autumn dishes. Here is what we will be ordering…

To start, we will sample the Truffle French Toast with king brown mushrooms, goats cheese and leek gel, truffle snow, burnt onion and 63.5-degree egg.

For main course, we are loving the look of the Confit Free Range Pork Belly. This is made with blood sausage, celeriac remoulase, caramelised apple puree and ginger bread sauce. The flavours are hearty however the plating is anything but rustic.

To finish, we’ll devour the classic Crème Brûlée finished with apple compote, rhubarb and almond biscotti.

Aquitaine’s à la carte menu is perfect for those wanting to celebrate a wide-selection of French flavours. Pick and choose your perfect French tasting: the degustation menu is available for $95pp, and wine matched for $120pp.

Bon appetit, Brisbane.
