The following intentions have guided our retail strategy over the last several years across the specific precincts:
River Quay – A premier dining precinct focusing on quality through the food, fitout, atmosphere and unrivalled views of Brisbane City. The target market is working professionals, culinary enthusiasts, and cultural participants. The mix includes Stokehouse, Aquitaine, Popolo, The Jetty, and River Quay Fish.
Parklands – An array of price accessible over the counter offers for the younger demographic, families on the go, and parkland visitors looking for a quick bite. The mix includes Boost Juice, Cold Rock, and Subway etc.
Little Stanley/Grey Street – A mid-market contemporary dining strip comprising of multicultural café’s, restaurants, and bars. The concepts aim to deliver unique, fun experiences by engaging through fitout design. The mix includes Harajuku Gyoza, Zeus Greek and Bourbon Street.
Stanley Street Plaza – The Plaza acts as a meeting point at South Bank for the younger demographic and local student market. Lined with fast casual uses, these offers are positioned between the over the counter Parklands offers and Little Stanley/Grey Street sit down experiences. The mix includes Max Brenner, Nitrogenie, Nando’s and Burger Urge etc.
