Grazed and Grown on June 18 – 20 will highlight Australia’s unparalleled landscape, makers, and pioneering chefs, hosted by Alastair McLeod and Matt Kirkegaard. You can look forward to captivating live cooking demonstrations and talks with industry leaders, not to mention The Marketplace filled to the brim with delectable food and innovative ingredients. Paired with live entertainment and cool craft beer and cocktail bars, you know you’re in for a winner.
Then, Global Fiesta on October 16 – 17 will showcase the best international food trends and multicultural cuisine, with more program details coming soon.
