Following a sold out whisky dinner in April, Tai Tai is hosting a banquet wine dinner where you will enjoy gorgeous Cantonese flavours alongside fine Peregrine Wines from Central Otago, New Zealand.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
The team will be delivering a six course banquet designed by Tai Tai’s Head Chef, with dishes that pair perfectly with Peregrine wines.
On arrival you will be served Peregrine Methode Traditionalle Sparkling with five wines to follow over the course of the evening:
