The Medibank Feel Good Program is a series of free fitness classes held in South Bank Parklands, with two classes in Queens Park, Brisbane Central Business District.

HIIT – burn fat and build muscle through short high-intensity intervals.
Zumba – calorie-smashing class inspired by Latin dance sensations.
Yoga – balance, flexibility and energy flow class.
Energy – high energy, calorie burning workout.
Pilates – tone, stretch & strengthen the body.
Tai Chi – lengthen muscles and strengthen joints.
Mums and Bubs – specialised post-natal class to help rebuild strength.
Aqua – fitness class at the Boat Pool.
All classes are run by qualified instructors.
Bookings are not required, classes are suitable for all ages and experience levels.
