The concept is the latest to be brought to Brisbane from Melbourne’s Van Haandel Group, the same team behind South Bank’s iconic Stokehouse Q.
Specialising in healthier alternatives to the traditional fish and chips offering, Paper Fish’s menu focuses on simple meals made with fresh and locally-sourced produce.
There’s three types of fish to choose from (Barramundi, Blue Grenadier and Salmon) and a range of salads and tasty bites to pair them with – think Japanese potato cakes, calamari rings and chips with secret seasoning.
As for drinks, the house-made Granitas are an absolute must-try – with flavours such as Watermelon and Mint and Pineapple and Coconut.
With a prime position across from the Parklands, you can choose to either dine in or grab your meal to-go and find a nice spot on the Little Stanley Street lawns or down by the river.
