Riverfire 2017 at Aquitaine Brasserie

Two hour sittings are available at anytime from 5pm, so you can dine before, during or after the Brisbane skyline is lit up by fireworks.

Sous Vide Wagyu Rump Cap with radish, mushroom, gratin and jus
Charred Eggplant with artichoke, cashew, sunflower seeds and carrot

Deconstructed Crème Brulee with lemon maple
Chocolate Marquis with caramel and cranberry hibiscus
Pickled Cherry Clafoutis with almond and raspberry
